Byte Court Business Center is a one (1) story flex office / warehouse building totaling 33,000 SF that is situated on a 2.72-acre site. The site work included the relocation of existing below grade utilities, retaining wall construction, rock excavation, landscaping, site concrete, paving and the installation of all associated utilities. The building consists of eleven (11) 3,000 SF bays designed to accommodate tenants of multiple sizes. The structure includes load bearing exterior masonry walls with a structural steel roof frame. The building’s façade is comprised of prairie stone, split face CMU, precast concrete accents and curtain glazed aluminum curtainwalls. Three (3) 25-ton packaged VAV rooftop units and associated duct work make up the building’s HVAC system.
