Prior to the renovation this building housed the former Antietam Automotive which was automotive parts retail warehouse located in the City of Frederick. The structure itself consisted of several additions with multiple levels throughout its life. The exterior shape of the building was a nondescript rectangular structure with windows limited to the front facade. The original interior was comprised of warehouse areas, mezzanine parts storage and a partial 2nd floor for administration. The demolition included complete removal of the partial 2nd floor level, mezzanine and roof sections, demolition of all existing plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems, and the preparation of sixty-seven new exterior openings to receive windows, curtainwall and storefront systems.
