Structure: Structural steel and masonry bearing structure
Façade: Brick and architectural precast veneer
Roof System: Rigid insulation with EPDM membrane
Finishes: Carpet, Ceramic, and VCT Flooring, Painted Drywall Partitions, 2 x 4 ACT, and Pre-Finished Wood Doors
Mechanical: (2) 70-Ton, (1) 60-Ton RTU’s, Distribution, BacNet Controls
Electrical: 2,000 AMP Service, Power Distribution, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Communications Systems, Solar Array

Foundation: Perimeter Concrete Footings, CMU Foundation
Structure: Perimeter and Interior Dimensional Lumber Framed Partitions, Glu-Lam Trussed Roof with Structural Insulated Panels
Façade: Decorative CMU and Phenolic Rainscreen Wall Panels
Roof System: Combination TPO Membrane and Standing Seam Metal
Finishes: Painted Drywall Partitions, Recycled Rubber Sheet Flooring, Recycled Glass Tile Flooring, Bamboo Millwork, Exposed and ACT Ceilings
Mechanical: Geothermal Ground-Source Heat Pump System
Electrical: 800 amp Incoming Service, Photovoltaic Roof Panels, Daylight Sensor Interior Lighting Ballast

Project Description:

Sitework: Final site grading including Bioretention area, concrete sidewalks new paved parking lot and Landscaping.
Foundation: Linear Exterior Perimeter Footings with Interior Spread Footings
Structure: Perimeter and interior Insulated Concrete Formed walls with structural steel framed roof.
Façade: Mixed Brick, Split Faced CMU, EIFS Exterior with Storefront Windows and Doors
Roof System: Fully Adhered EPDM and PVC membranes with Standing Seam Metal Roof Accents
Finishes: Gypsum board interior walls with Acoustical Ceiling panels, ceramic tile, VCT, linoleum flooring, rubber athletic flooring, painted and stained wood trim
Mechanical: This work performed under a separate Prime Contract, Warner Construction provided overall project and LEED submittal coordination for these trades.
Electrical: This work performed under a separate Prime Contract, Warner Construction provided overall project and LEED submittal coordination for these trades.
