Roof System: EPDM Over Retail Areas and Stair Towers
Finishes: Exterior Coating System, Painted Concrete Surfaces, Ceramic
Mechanical: Self Contained Heat Pumps, Ventilation Exhaust Systems
Electrical: New 450 AMP Service for Garage and 600 AMP Service for Retail
