The cornerstone of every successful project lies within our employees, subcontractors, and those in and around our work environments. With this in mind, Warner Construction is committed to providing a safe work place and we have developed an industry leading safety program that places the health and welfare of our people and partners above all else. To us, no project is successful unless it is built safely. We believe that all accidents are preventable and through proper planning and training, employee engagement, and sharing best practices, we can ensure that everyone leaves the jobsite in the same condition that they arrived.

Our Safety Record
Many Companies rely on their Experience Modification Rate (EMR) to judge the effectiveness of their safety program. While we are proud of our outstanding EMR of .62, we recognize that workplace safety equates to no lost time due to safety failures, which means no schedule delays, no OSHA delays, greater productivity, and ultimately a more successful project. With over 1,390,000 hours worked over the past three years and a lost time rate of only 1.8, our safety program and our commitment to it is demonstrably superior!
Among the finest compliments one can receive are those from your peers. We are honored to have been recognized for our safety efforts. We remain committed to building on our success and the continuous improvement of our safety program, while we strive for zero incidents on every project. The results from our commitment to safety speak for themselves, as our firm has earned the Association of Builders and Contractors STEP Award for over ten straight years and we have received other safety awards listed below:
